Vacant properties are a venue for rape, drug abuse, murders, and so much more. Here comes another dip. Boarded up and vacant homes plaguing our communities. A couple years back, I visited Albany, NY and it seemed like everyone house in some neighborhoods had at least five boarded up home. You can only imagine what the scenes where in front from of them.
