The Real Estate Crisis has taken a toll on many, but not everyone. Someone is always asking me about the state of the real estate market, with a bad perception already in their head. The Chinese symbol for Crisis is Danger and Opportunity. In anything, while one is in pain there is always someone with something to gain.

There are two lessons to learn:

1. 1. Don't be a victim to anyone. Read and ask questions. Don't be afraid to say no or walk away, even from a "GREAT DEAL"

2. Don't complain and hate from the sideline when everyone is in the pool having fun, put on your swim wear and jump in. Real Estate has been around forever and is not going anywhere, find a (legal and ethical) way to prosper nicely off it also.
