Economist and saying that this housing crisis will drop to it's low real soon. But how can it when we haven't put the plug on the issue.
- Balloon Payments are now coming due on their 3-5 year time.
- The excess of short sales will end up causing the same if not more problems than foreclosures themselves.
- Boarded Up home are deteriorating the wealth of the communities in so many ways: taxes, development, retail, population etc.
